A talk on enhancing interpersonal relationship skills in religious community was organised in Fatima Retreat house on August 31 for religious brothers and sisters.

Fr. Maxim, the director of FRH cordially welcomed the sisters and brothers for the talk. Dr. Shalini Aiyappa, HOD of St. Aloysius college was the resource person. It's relationships that make us human and humane. In order to improve our interpersonal relationships we need to work on self awareness, emotional intelligence, empathy and ladder of inference. The religious sisters found the talk extremely useful for everyday life in the community.

We encourage sisters and brothers to take part in Sugama talk organised on last Saturday of every month at 4:30 pm. The next talk is on Emotional intelligence on September 28th at 4:30 pm in Kristalaya, FRH. Looking forward to see you all.
